Operational & Spatial Data: 3D LiDAR point clouds, stope mapping spatial coordinates, aerial survey photographs, confined-space inspection videos, and related telemetry metadata collected during drone operations on client sites.
Financial Transaction Data: Payment details, order history, and billing records processed securely by our third-party merchant partners (Paystack for ZAR transactions and Paynow for USD/mobile money checkouts). We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, cookies, page visits, and query parameters (such as location-override queries used to sync regional pages).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

To fulfill hardware orders, manage software subscriptions, and deliver engineering/inspection reports.
To verify anti-spam compliance via automated proof-of-work (PoW) client verification on contact forms.
To schedule consultations, arrange onsite drone inspection logistics, and coordinate geotechnical risk assessments in the Witwatersrand basin and Great Dyke region.
To process invoices and payments, manage currency conversions, and detect or prevent e-commerce fraud.
To comply with legal obligations, civil aviation requirements (SACAA and CAAZ), and occupational health and safety laws.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

Service Providers: With payment processors (Paystack, Paynow) and shipping/freight partners to deliver drone hardware and scanning sensors.
Aviation & Safety Compliance: With local civil aviation regulators (South African Civil Aviation Authority - SACAA; Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe - CAAZ) if required to secure flight authorizations or stope operation clearances.

We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Confidential 3D mapping data and stope telemetry are stored in highly secure, role-restricted cloud databases. We retain personal and operational records only as long as necessary to deliver services, maintain user accounts, or satisfy legal and reporting obligations.
